Tasting Notes: Hints of citrus on the nose, malty flavor with subtle notes of wheat and lemongrass. Mild tartness.
More Info: 4.7% ABV; Cold Fermented Lager. A drop of rain at the top of the Cascades takes seven years to filter down into the McKenzie River and arrive at their brewery. It takes another 52 days to brew a batch of Pilsner. It’s a tedious job, but one sip of this sweet and light, crisp and complex Pils and you’ll know why it’s worth the wait.

Tasting Notes: Low bitterness with notes of cereal and bread. Light herbal aroma and flavor, crisp.
More Info: 5.3% ABV; Mexican American-style Lager. In 2006, Aaron, the founder, realized he had an opportunity to transform his long time hobby of homebrewing into a viable business while taking an Entrepreneurship class at California State University of Fullerton. He set about honing his business plan and pitched it to a class panel. Before he knew it, he had leased a small 1800 square foot building, purchased a 7-barrel brewhouse, and was well on his way in building Fullerton’s first production brewery. In April 2008, after over a year of construction, Bootlegger’s Brewery opened and sold its first keg to a well known neighborhood bar in Downtown Fullerton.

More Info: 8.2% ABV; Three-time Large Brewpub of the Year at the Great American Beer Festival, Elysian Brewing Company operates three locations and a production brewery in Seattle, Washington. Known both for classic styles and for flexibility and innovation, Elysian has brewed over 500 different recipes since opening in 1996. While Elysian’s brewers use a variety of unusual ingredients, they are seasonally notorious for their pumpkin beers. Each year Elysian hosts the Great Pumpkin Beer Festival, where dozens of different pumpkin beers are poured, some of them from giant pumpkins.

Tasting Notes: A touch tropical, our Chardonnay is crisp and clean, bright with balanced acidity, that lets the signature lemon-lime and a touch of apple flavors of Monterey shine through.
More Info: Their 352 acre Shirtail Creek estate vineyard takes advantage of Monterey’s cooling fog and Pacific coastal breezes, drawn across the Gabilan Mountains into the Salinas Valley, creating an ideal climate for growing Chardonnay. The moderate temperatures lengthen the growing season, allowing the fruit to evolve with layers of distinct Central Coast flavors. Their Chardonnay is fermented and aged in stainless tanks without any oak or malolactic influence.
