More Info: 5% ABV; Samuel Adams is the flagship brand of the Boston Beer Company. The brand name (often shortened to Sam Adams) was chosen in honor of Founding Father Samuel Adams. Adams inherited his father's brewery on King Street (modern day State Street). Some histories say he was a brewer, while others describe him as a maltster.

CIGAR CITY JAI ALAI IPA (16 OZ DRAFT)

Tasting Notes: Bold orange peel and hop flavors with a hint of caramel and a rich malt character on the finish. An intense bouquet of tangerine and candied orange peel entice the nose while flavors of clementines, Valencia orange and subtle caramel provide counterpoint to an assertive bitterness and rich malt character.
More Info: 7.5% ABV; Jai Alai, a game native to the Basque region of Spain, is played on a court called a fronton. Jai Alai players attempt to catch a ball using a curved mitt whilst the ball travels at speeds up to 188mph! Proving they have a sense of humor the Spanish dubbed this game, with its ball traveling at racecar speeds, “the merry game.” Tampa was once home to a bustling Jai Alai fronton but sadly all that remains of Jai Alai in the Tampa Bay area is this India Pale Ale that we brew in tribute to the merry game.

ANGRY ORCHARD CRISP APPLE HARD CIDER

Tasting Notes: Bright, crisp apple flavor, just like biting into a fresh apple. It is a perfect balance of sweetness and bright acidity from culinary apples and dryness of traditional cider making apples, resulting in a complex, yet refreshing, hard cider.
More Info: 5% ABV; The Hudson Valley also has a long cider making tradition. Before prohibition, cider apple orchards were common to find in the region. Cider has been made here for more than 200 years. Like many of the orchards in the area, their orchard has a long history. It has been a farm since the 1700s and the first apple trees were planted here around 100 years ago. The Crist Family took ownership of this orchard in 1963 and as leaders in the apple growing industry, grew both culinary and cider apples.

More Info: They began with two winemaker's blends - a red and a white - each crafted with seven grape varietals for delicious, perfectly harmonized flavor. They then expanded their line to include Moscato, Pinot Noir, Cabernet, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc.
